The Josef's Cheesecakes app does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect names, email addresses, passwords, payment card information, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal information.

Favorites or saved flavors in the app are stored locally on your device so you can remember items you like. Josef's Cheesecakes does not receive that saved list unless you choose to share it using your device's sharing features.

Website and technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and server log information.

Third-party services

The app may open third-party services such as SkyTab for online ordering, mapping/directions services, Instagram, or other external websites. If you choose to use those services, they may collect information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Josef's Cheesecakes does not control the privacy practices of those third parties.

Payments and orders

Online ordering and payment processing are handled by third-party ordering/payment providers. Josef's Cheesecakes does not store your full payment card information in the app.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention

Because the app does not create user accounts or directly collect personal profile information, Josef's Cheesecakes does not maintain an app account database of personal user information. Locally saved favorites remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
